SUMZBA on mission by Living It Out!

JANUARY

SUMZBA will be ministering at Cedaridge. This  will take place inside one of the warehouses. With a reduced workforce and lack of volunteer groups  Cedaridge desperately needs man/woman power. There one can shred paper, compact cardboard and plastic and clothing, along with sorting recyclable plastics and paper. This ministry will be carried out throughout January on a come-when-you-can basis. Just call the SUMZBA and we will coordinate and work alongside you on whatever day or time you would like to minister. Cedaridge supports the ministry through recycling so is an important aspect of the ministry.

FEBRUARY

A trip to God’s Pantry in Whitley City will bring a smile to your face and give opportunity to show God’s love to those who will be served a meal, pick up a food box, or receive a prayer for their needs. SUMZBA will be ministering at   the Lord’s Café at the Crossroads Community Baptist Church during February. Because of a lack of volunteer groups the Café finds itself many days desperately needing man/woman power. IF you are interested, call SUMZBA and we will share with you the days when we can work side by side supporting the Hasty family, this ministry  and those in need. The February schedule is as follows: Mondays 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.–Serving lunch; Thursdays 2 – 5 p.m.–Grocery giveaway

MARCH

Here is an opportunity for ALL! In SUMZBA we have several ministries who need our assistance in the form of canned goods. Canadatown Fellowship and Mt. Pisgah have monthly food give-aways. This is an on-going ministry and avenue of witness to many families. As you can imagine, also a costly one. In addition, Anchored Ministries, a Christian, Bible-based rehab facility has recently begun a men’s facility along with their women’s facility.  Here is how you can help! Collect canned goods and deliver them to the SUMZBA building. We will then divide the goods and deliver them to the individual ministers. LIVE IT OUT!
